SYNC Fest pics and video

SYNC Fest was probably one of the most awesome experiences of my life- the people were awesome, my set was near-perfect, and it looked and sounded incredible.
The venue was excellent as well. It took place at the University of Michigan’s Duderstadt Center, which houses all kinds of awesome computer-based artmaking labs:

MGfest 2008

Last Saturday I exhibited two of my audio sculptures as part of MGFest 2008. My pieces were a nice contrast to the primarily video-based works making up most of the festival, and I think they were a hit because of it.

Octophonopod update

Last night I setup and did a test of the Octophonopod Audiovisual display system. Each glowing orb is its’ own individual sound channel, and the brightness of the LEDs corresponds to the amplitude of that channel.

The $10 Ableton Footcontroller
