Behavior
- Drink lots of water
- Don't drink alcohol- not only because its bad for your liver, but it dehydrates, and causes poor mood.
- Have the safest sex of your life.
- Sleep a lot.
- Don't pursue strenuous activities, but continue with gentle exercises like yoga
- Careful of fragile skin and cuts
- Drink more water.
